This 1991 PRS Custom 24 "10 Top" is in great condition and comes with it's original hardshell case.

It's certainly a used guitar, with some very minor belt rash on the back, a ding in the top (see photo), and a little bit of chipping to the binding on the bass side; it's otherwise clean and plays beautifully! Mahogany back and maple flame top, gold-plated hardware, Scale Length 25" / 24 frets.
