This 2005 PRS Custom 22, flame Maple 10-top, in Violin Amber Sunburst is a super clean example with just one small ding on the bass side lower bout, in the wiped binding. The original rotary switch has been replaced with a  Free-Way 6-way switch specifically designed for the PRS wiring options This retains  all 5 of the original rotary options, and adds an option for both full  humbuckers (the standard Gibson middle position). The original switch, along with the whammy bar, truss rod wrench and tags etc. are in the original PRS hard shell case.
